Sign up for broadband from UKGN (available very soon)

Thanks for chosing us as your new gaming internet provider. We are now in the final stages of arranging the automated sign-up process with our technicians and will be able to provide our service to you within a few weeks.

If you have an existing ADSL internet connection the switch-over process is fairly simple. We will need a migration access code (MAC) which can be obtained from your present supplier. If you are an existing LLU customer there may be a transfer fee of £55, assuming your LLU provider will agree to let you go.

If this is a new broadband installation there is a standard activation fee of £40, but this is a one off payment on new ADSL installations only.

Once signed up, our partner's billing site will send you a direct debit mandate that you MUST fill in and return. Failure to do so will cancel the order. We do this for security reasons. We are unable to see or edit your financial data, so please make sure it is correct.

Please note - we will provide a 'wires only' service initially. We do not supply any equipment you might need to actually use the service (e.g. modems, routers). We suggest using CE certified equipment that conforms to ADSL2 or 2+ standards.
